I'm a follower of Christ, wife to Matthew, and mom to two amazing kids — Ella and Jad. We live in the Gainesville, Georgia area, and our days are full of school runs, family dinners, church, creative projects, and a whole lot of love.

I'm a teacher, a singer, a crafter, and an eternal optimist who believes that beauty is hiding in the most unexpected places — even (especially) in the messy moments.

I started My Beautiful Mess years ago as a place to document our family's journey. I wrote about birthday party planning, fair trade, recipes, faith, and the everyday adventures of raising little ones. Life got busy, the blog went quiet, but the heart behind it never changed.

Now, in a new season, I'm back. The kids are older (Ella is an actress in Atlanta — so proud of her!), but the beautiful mess continues. I still love a good recipe, a thoughtful craft, and sitting down to write about what God is teaching me.
